The class is suitable for women in their second or third trimester of pregnancy and it's tailored to meet the needs of expectant mothers. Much of the focus is on relaxation and breathing techniques. During the class we use different props, balls, cushions and blankets to improve comfort and create a space where you can tune and connect with your baby.
No previous experience is necessary.
