
This baby friendly class is designed for mums wishing to come back to shape while enjoying their little bundle. All babies are welcomed with their sounds and moods. Your little one will stay beside you and watch you get fit while giggling and babbling. Crying is welcomed as it is part of the regular mum and baby life. Whether it is feeding, changing or rocking, you can do it all in a stress-free atmosphere without leaving the room. It is also a great place to meet other mums and become part of a special network.
The class is a blend of Yoga and Pilates poses that strengthen core muscles yet keeping the spine flexible. There will be a time for final stretches and a guided relaxation.
Special attention is paid to lower back, pelvic floor and stretching of upper limbs that may become stiff from carrying the baby.

- Pelvic floor muscles and pelvis stability
- Core strengthening
- Breathing and movement
- Shoulder, back and neck gentle exercises to release tension and increase circulation
- Final stretches and guided relaxation
